On the occasion of the Paris Couture Week, Chopard presented an unprecedented assortment of precious stones.
Passionate about gemstones and keenly aware of the sacred nature of our Mother Earth, Caroline Scheufele has assembled a collection of gems from the four corners of the planet. It includes some of the rarest specimens of the family of four precious stones, such as a 21.04 carat unheated sapphire; a likewise unheated pear-shaped pigeon's blood ruby; and a series of Colombian emeralds, the largest of which weighs no less than 61.79 carats. The latter will be the crowning glory of a diamond necklace, accompanied by a pair of matching earrings respectively set with two 31.16 and 39.80-carat emeralds. All these stones have an exceptionally low number of inclusions for specimens of this size.
