New Emile Chouriet’s Challenger Challenger Deep with red dial

Emile Chouriet’s Challenger Challenger Deep with red dial stands out by deftly combining performance with a touch of whimsical elegance. Its stainless steel case, measuring 42.5mm in diameter, features the brand’s signature double wing-shaped lugs for a touch of contemporary elegance. The case is topped with a domed sapphire crystal, while a screw-down crown guarantees the watch a water resistance of 300 meters. Protected by crown-guards on either side, the crown recalls the hue of the dial and the tip of the seconds hand, with a red ring around its circumference. As a capable diver’s watch, the Challenger Deep Red features a rotating bezel, crafted from steel with a black engraved ceramic insert, which is highly resistant to wear, temperature and changing pressures.
Behind the solid steel case back, emblazoned with a large engraving depicting a fouled anchor, beats the automatic Calibre EC9316 (based on an ETA 2824), with a bi-directional winding system that delivers a power reserve of 42 hours when fully wound.
And finally for the ultimate in comfort and style in and out of the water, the Challenger Deep comes on a rubber strap with steel folding clasp.
